Ingredients
- Chicken-
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 3 cups corn flakes cereal
- Salt & pepper
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloin strips
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- Dip-
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt

Preparation
Step 1
Chicken-
Preheat the oven to 400. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place cereal in large ziplock plastic bag and season with salt and pepper. Crush cereal into crumbs. Dip chicken tenders in egg whites, then place in bag of crumbs. Cover chicken in crumbs and transfer to baking sheet. Bake, turning once, until golden brown and cooked through (8-10 minutes).
Dip- Place honey, mustard and yogurt in bowl and mix well.
