Ingredients
- PORK TENDERLOIN***
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 pork tenderloins
- BERRY BOURBON SAUCE***
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup black raspberry or blackberry jam
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch blended with 1 Tbsp water

DIRECTIONS:
PORK: Lightly coat grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat grill.
In bowl, stir together garlic salt, onion powder, pepper and thyme until combined. Rub onto all sides of the pork tenderloins. Grill pork 17 minutes, turning several times until desired doneness. Remove pork from grill, tent with foil and let rest 10 minutes.
SAUCE: Heat oil in a saucepan. Add onion and thyme, cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in jam, bourbon, vinegar, ketchup and garlic salt. Return to heat, simmer 7 minutes stirring.
Stir cornstarch water mixture and then stir into sauce. Cook 2 minutes or until thickened. Slice pork on a slight diagonal and serve with sauce alongside.
