Ingredients

  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1 lb cooked crab
  • 1/4 c white wine
  • 1/2 c lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan
  • 1 lb pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Bring pot of water to boil and add 1 lb pasta. Heat EVOO in skillet , add cvrab and warm through. Pour in wine. bring liquid to boil, turn down low and stir in lemon and S&P. As soon as pasta is al dente, drain, reservig 1/2 c pasta water. Add pasta to skillet and toss in chesse and parsley. If pasta needs more liquid, add the reserve.
