Cranberry Leather

I don't know where I got the recipe. I know I got it while we were in San Diego.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds cranberries, washed and stems removed
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
- Granulated sugar

Step 1
In 3 quart saucepan, place cranberries and water. Cook, covered,until berries begin to pop. Add corn syrup and cook 20 minjutes.
Put fruit through food mill to remoe skins and seeds. Return mixture to saucepan, simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Line 3 jelly roll pans (15 1/2 inch x 10 1/2 inch x 1 inch) with plastic wrap, letting it extend up the sides of pans. Divide mixture equally in pans. with rubber spatula, spread until 1/4 inch thick. Place pans in warm dry place and let dry 2-3 days or until "leather" is easily removed from plastic wrap.
With scissors, cut sheet into quarters. Dip in sugar for frosty effect. Roll up, wrap securly with plastic wrap and seal ends. Store in fridge up to 3 months, in freezer up to 6 months.
