Sandy's Curried Chicken Wraps

Sauce-
11/2 cup mayo
1/3 cup vinegar (I used some white and a little balsalmic)
1/3 cup Major Grays Mango chutney ( international food section)
3Tablespoons curry powder (to taste)
11/2teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Filling-
3 whole cooked chicken breasts (shredded or chopped)
Roughly dice-
3 celery stalks
4 green onions
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup roasted cashews(roas on stovetop)
1 peeled apple

  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup roasted cashews(roas on stovetop)
  • 1 peeled apple, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the sauce ingredients together. Add diced ingredients and mix well. This is just a basic recipe. I add whatever I have (carrots etc) and serve it on wraps, sliced bread or romaine leaves.
