Ingredients

  • Bottom layer:
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 5 tsp cocoa
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 egg
  • Filling:
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 4 Tbsp custard powder
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/4 cup cream or milk
  • Topping:
  • 3 squares semi sweet Baker's chocolate
  • 1 tsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Bottom Layer:
Mix all ingredients well and press into an 8 x 8" pan.

Filling:
Mix all ingredients well, beating until smooth. Spread on bottom layer evenly.

Topping:
Melt chocolate squares with butter. Immediately spread evenly on filling. Refridgerate until chocolate is hard; cut into small pieces.

Keep refridgerated until time to eat them.
