  • 2 CUPS FLOUR
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 1 CUP BUTTERMILK
  • 1 CUPS RHUBARB-CUT UP
  • 1 TBSP FLOUR
  • 1/4 CUP BUTTER
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON
  • 1 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
CREAM BUTTER AND WHITE SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY; BEAT IN EGG AND VANILLA
SIFT FLOUR,BAKING SODA AND SALT TOGETHER.
ADD DRY TO CREAMED MIXTURE ALTERNATELY WITH BUTTERMILK.
TOSS THE RHUBARB IN THE FLOUR AND MIX GENTLY INTO THE BATTER
SPOON INTO A GREASED 9X13" PAN AND SMOOTH SURFACE
BLEND 1/4CUP BUTTER,CINNAMON AND BROWN SUGAR AND SPRINKLE OVER BATTER.
BAKE FOR 45MINS OR UNTIL CAKE HAS RISEN,BROWNED AND COMES AWAY FROM THE EDGES OF PAN.
