Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
  • First Layer:
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large container whipped cream
  • Vanilla if desired
  • Second Layer:
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding
  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • Third Layer:
  • 1 small container whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust ingredients and press on bottom of 9x13” pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light; fold in whipped cream and spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk per pudding directions and spread on cream cheese layer. Top with the small container of whipped cream and sprinkle nuts on top. May be frozen or kept in refrigerator.
