Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 12 cups sliced almonds
- 3 T. sugar
- in a small pan over low heat cook almonds and sugar stirring constantly until almonds are coated and sugar is dissolved. Watch carefully. Cool and store in airtight container or ziplock.
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 1/2 bunch romaine or leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 11-oz. can mandarin oranges-drained
- grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c veg. oil
- 1 T. parsley
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 T cidar vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
mix salad ingredinents and keep chilled. If I make the several hour ahead of time, I wait and sprinkle oranges and chees on at time of serving. Add almonds to salad toss with dressing
