  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • juice of 3 limes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 shallots, diced
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • shredded lettuce

Step 1

chill 6 martini glasses

drain crabmeat and check for shells.

in a small bowl combine the lime juice with the avocado meat, diced.

combine crab, tomato, shallots, cilantro and mayo in another bowl. Fold gently to mix but without breaking the crabmeat too much. Gently fold in lime juice and avocado until combined.

Place 2 or 3 tablespoons shredded lettuce in bottom of each martini glass. Add crab mixture to classes and garnish with diced tomato, a sprig of cilantro and/or a wedge of lime.
