Parmesan Herb Loaf

Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp grated parmesan
- 1-1/2 tsp sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp dried minced onion
- 1-1/4 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp +2 tsp milk
- 4-1/2 tsp melted butter(3tsp=1Tbsp)
- 1 beated egg white

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour, 3 Tbsp cheese, sugar, onion, 1tsp seasoning, and baking soda.
2. In a different bowl, combine sour cream, milk, and butter. Add dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
3.Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead for 1 minute. Shape into a round/oval loaf. Place onto a greased baking sheet.
4. With scissors, cut 1/4 inch deep slices along top of loaf. Brush with the egg white; sprinkle with remaining It. seasoning and cheese.
5. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
(this can be doubled for a larger loaf)
