Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons green onion finely chopped
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak not scored
Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, onions, garlic & ginger. Pour over flank steak and marinate 4 hrs or overnight. Barbecue steak over hot coals, turning once, until done to your preferenec, about 5 min each side for med-rare. Baste occasionally with marinade. Carve in thin slices, cutting on the diagonal from top to bottom of steak as for London Broil. ie across the grain
