Ingredients
- Sauce
- 1 * 1 8.5-ounce jar hoisin sauce sauce*
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 * 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 2 * 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 * 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger

Mix all ingredients in bowl. (Can be made 1 week ahead. Cover; chill. Bring to room temperature before using.)
