Ingredients
- 2 12 ounce can white shoe peg corn drained
- 1 box cherry tomatoes washed & chopped
- 1 bell pepper seeded & chopped
- 1 purple onion chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled seeded & chopped
- dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Step 1
Mix vegetables together. Mix dressing ingredients and spread evenly over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight and toss just before serving
