Ingredients

  • 2 12 ounce can white shoe peg corn drained
  • 1 box cherry tomatoes washed & chopped
  • 1 bell pepper seeded & chopped
  • 1 purple onion chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled seeded & chopped
  • dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Step 1

Mix vegetables together. Mix dressing ingredients and spread evenly over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight and toss just before serving
