Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Cutlets
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- Butter
- 1 Cup. Water
- 1 Chicken Bouillon
- 2 Lemons

Preparation
Step 1
Pound chicken breast and cut in half. Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken cutlets with flour mixture. Save remaining flour mixture. Fry chicken in butter. Remove chicken from pan.
Into drippings in skillet, stir reserved flour mixture, add water, bouillon and juice of 1/2 lemon.
Return chicken to skillet. Thinly slice lemon on top. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Slice a 1/2 of lemon on top of chicken.
