Ingredients
- to apples work the best but apples picked from a trip to the orchard are the most fun!
- Do not tightly wrap this cake because it is too moist so we always just placed a tea towel over it.
- Add the powder sugar at the last minute.
- My mom has experimented with ripe pears and walnuts instead of apples, so have fun with this recipe!

Step 1
.Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes...when cool sprinkle with confection sugar...Yum!!!!! Now you need coffee, tea or milk to wash down a nice big piece and a napkin to wipe away the powder sugar..
