Bayou Glazed Lettuce Wraps

  • 20 oz. ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/3 cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze
  • 1 head lettuce (boston or butter), rinsed and patted dry
  • slivered almonds (optional)



Step 1

Brown the turkey in a skillet with the carrots, peppers and seasoned salt. Once the turkey is cooked and no longer pink, drain, if necessary and stir in bayou bourbon glaze. Scoop turkey mixture into individual lettuce leaves; top with slivered almonds and an additional of bayou bourbon glaze, if desired.
