Ingredients
- 4 sage leaves
- Grated creamy cheese
- 4 -6 pcs chicken cutlets
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 -6 toothpicks
- 1 c white wine
- 28 oz can of tomatoes
- pinch of hot pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add a bit of olive oil to a pan and add the clove of garlic – leave the heat on med- low.
2. Sea son your chicken with salt and pepper. Add 1 sage leave to the middle with approx. a teaspoon of cheese – roll the chicken together and hold it with a toothpick.
3. Fry it the pan on all sides until golden brown. Now take the chicken and the garlic out.
4. Into a food processor add the white wine and the tomatoes with a pinch of pepper flakes – now add this mixture into the pan.
5. Add the chicken back in and simmer for 20 mins – salt and pepper to taste.
