BROCCOLI, RICE & CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Frozen Broccoli
  • 1 Large Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Package of Velveeta Cheese, cut into cubes, approximately 1 inch x 1 inch
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 2 Cups of Cooked Rice
  • 4 Cups of Water
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 1 cup of rice in 4 cups of water. Set aside.

Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk and 3/4 of the cheese. Add frozen broccoli. Fold in the rice. Top with the remaining cheese.

Bake in a covered baking pan at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking until the top is golden brown.
