Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, peeled
- 6 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut tomatoes in thin slices and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with parsley. Mix together garlic, oil, vinegar, salt, basil and pepper. Pour over tomatoes. Chill 3 hours or overnight.
