Tilapia - Parmesan Crusted

  • Tilapia 1 per person
  • All purpose flour 1/2 C
  • beaten egg 1
  • Ritz crackers 1/2 roll
  • Parmesan cheese block - to shred 1/2 C
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • oil
  • lemon wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Have three dredge plates.
In the first put the egg, in the second put the flour and in the third place the crumbled crackers, cheese and salt.
Dip fillets in the egg, flour then cracker mix.
Cook fillets in a skillet over medium heat 4 minutes on each side until the fish flakes with a fork.
