Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh rapini
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 clove garlic peeled and slivered
- 1/2 dried chili pepper flakes
- salt
- lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Strip rapini leaves from stems. Peel and chop larger stems. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes and remove.
in a skillet heat oil Saute garlic and chili flakes until garlic is yellow not brown
add rapini season cover and steam on medium heat until wilted and stalks are tender
Sprinkle with lemon juice
