Ingredients
- 2 lbs carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 lb raisins
- 2 cups coconut
- 2 cups mayo
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 TB vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mayo, sugar and vinegar in a large bowl. Add carrots, raisins and coconut. Mix well.
