Ingredients
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups flour
- 1 can Solo Fruit Filling (Almond, etc.)
- Powdered Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream butter and then add sugar until fluffy; add egg yolks one at a time while beating until creamy. Lastly, add flour until mixture is CRUMBLY like corn meal. Pat 2/3 of dough onto a greased 9x13 pan (I put a baggie over my hand to pat the dough). Pour fruit or nut filling over dough, then drop remaining dough over the fruit.
Bake for 45 minutes, cool, cut and dust with powdered sugar.
