Ingredients
- 2 loaves Bridgford Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
- 1 1/2 C cooked turkey,groundmeat or chicken
- 1/4 C celery
- 3 green onions, finely diced
- 1 C Jack Cheese
- 1/2 C Caesar Salad dressing
- 1/4 C melted Butter
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Mix turkey or meat with celery, onions, 1/2 C cheese & salad dressing. Season to desired taste. Divide each loaf into 4 equal pieces. Lightly grease baking sheets; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll each dough peice into a 4x6" rectangle. Spoon 3-4 tbls of meat on each piece of dough, along the 6" side. Roll up tight in jellyroll fashion. Seal seams. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake immediatelyt for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Brush with additional butter. Serve warm.
