Roasted Garlic Hummus Popcorn Balls

  • 1 x8oz Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 cups popcorn, freshly popped, crushed
  • truffle oil, to taste



Step 1

In a large bowl, combine Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus, cheddar cheese, salt, popcorn and truffle oil. Mix well. Cover Bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 30-45 seconds. Stir thoroughly, re-cover and return to microwave for another 30-45 seconds.

Once cheese is melted and gooey let cool approximately 10 minutes. Then shape into bite-sized balls.

Serve popcorn balls on a platter with extra Roasted Garlic Hummus for dipping.
