Ingredients
- 4 oz. sun dried tomatoes in oil
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup fresh basil, minced
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in blender (salt and pepper to taste) and blend until creamy. Serve on tossed green salad or garden fresh veggies.
