Ingredients
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350*.
Grease an 8" square pan.
Stir together the egg, brown sugar and vanilla.
Quickly stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
Add walnuts.
Spread in pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
