Ingredients
- 2 1/2 POUND FRESH TOMATOES
- 10 1/2 OUNCES GREEN PEPPERS (APPROX 2)
- 1/2 C ONION (SMALL)
- 1/2 TABLE SALT
- 1 TABLE BROWN SUGAR
- 2 1/2 TABLE OLIVE OIL
- 1 TSP GARLIC SALT
- 1/2 TSP PARSLEY
- 1/4 TSP BASIL
- 1/2 TSP OREGANO
- 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 6 OUNCE CAN TOMATO PASTE

Preparation
Step 1
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN POT EXCEPT TOMATO PASTE. SIMMER UNTIL VEGETABLES COOK DOWN. THEN PUT THRU FOOD MILL. PUT SAUCE BACK INTO POT AND ADD TOMATO PASTE. COOK UNTIL THICKEN. *IF YOU WANT FRESH SAUCE ALL YEAR ROUND YOU CAN FREEZE THE INGREDIENTS UNTIL YOU NEED THEM
