  • 10 1/2 OUNCES GREEN PEPPERS (APPROX 2)
  • 1/2 C ONION (SMALL)
  • 1/2 TABLE SALT
  • 1 TABLE BROWN SUGAR
  • 2 1/2 TABLE OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TSP GARLIC SALT
  • 1/2 TSP PARSLEY
  • 1/4 TSP BASIL
  • 1/2 TSP OREGANO
  • 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 6 OUNCE CAN TOMATO PASTE

Step 1

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN POT EXCEPT TOMATO PASTE. SIMMER UNTIL VEGETABLES COOK DOWN. THEN PUT THRU FOOD MILL. PUT SAUCE BACK INTO POT AND ADD TOMATO PASTE. COOK UNTIL THICKEN. *IF YOU WANT FRESH SAUCE ALL YEAR ROUND YOU CAN FREEZE THE INGREDIENTS UNTIL YOU NEED THEM
