Cheesy Cauliflower au Gratin

  • 4 cups small cauliflower florets
  • 3 oz. 2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds

Step 1

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MICROWAVE cauliflower in 1-1/2-qt. microwaveable ovenproof dish on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Add 2% Milk VELVEETA, cheddar and nutmeg; mix well.

TOP with remaining ingredients.

BAKE 12 to 14 min. or until heated through.

TIPS; substitute broccoli florets for the cauliflower florets.
MAKE AHEAD Casserole can be assembled ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 30 min. before baking as directed.
