Ingredients
- 4 oz. butter, room temperature
- 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl using an electric mixer or food processor. If desired, butter may be shaped into a log using plastic wrap, covered with foil and frozen for future use. Serve on toasted buns with fresh tomato and onion.
