Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 can lg. Grands
- 1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 1/2 c milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 400
Spray small casserole
cut grands into 1/4's
layer 1/2 in casserole
Bake 10 minutes
In skillet, brown sausage until done
sprinkle 3 t flour and stir with wooden spoon until completely absorbed
Lower heat to med and cook 3-5 minutes, stirring
Add milk and stir
season
bring to slight boil
Pour gravy over biscuits
Layer in remaining biscuits
Place casserole on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes
