Be 'wiched Peanut Butter/Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 4 cup butter
  • 8 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • 4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 12 eggs
  • 6 cups flour
  • 2 cup flax
  • 1/3 cup baking soda
  • 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 16 cups oats

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugars on medium for approximately 2 minutes. Add peanut butter and mix until creamy. Add in eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
On low, add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix until just combined, do not over mix. Stir in the oats.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and puffy. Do not over bake. Let cool on sheet for 3 minutes. Transfer to a rack and let cool.
