Pasta Fagioli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 4 oz thin spaghetti, broken into small pieces
  • 15 1/2 oz can garbanzo beans, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Boil noodles til al dente and set aside. Save some of the liquid. Cook bacon, drain and crumble. Brown onion in a small amount of olive oil. Combine all ingredients. Add some liquid or chicken broth, if desired.
