Tomato-Basil Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • OR 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 cups hot cooked medium tube-shaped pasta (ziti)

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, milk, cheese, basil and garlic. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with pasta.
