PAIN FREE GARLIC GREEN BEANS

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed, washed ad broken into 2" pieces.
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • garlic salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Steam green beans in a large saucepot or dutch oven just until tender; drain and return to pan.

Saute garlic in olive oil until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat; pour garlic and oil from pan over green beans and stir well to combine.

Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with additional olive oil if needed.
