- 2 Ripe Anjou Pears, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola
- 1 cup Candied Walnuts
- Dressing
- 1 tblspn balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tspn Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tspn Salt
- 1/4 tspn Freshly ground black pepper
- 3-4 tblspn Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine Dressing Ingredients
Place lettuce, then pears, then cheese, then walnuts.
Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
