Ingredients
- 1 pie crust, unbaked
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Line pie pan with crust. in bowl, beat eggs with sugar and salt. Add corn syrup, butter, and vanilla and whisk until combined.
Spread pecans in pie shell and pour in filling.
Bake until firm, 1 hour.
