Creamy Artichoke & Leek Dip

This dip is simple to prepare and is always a huge hit with family and friends! Perfect for veggie sticks, crackers or tortilla chips. Have fun and enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 package Knorr Cream of Leek soup mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 clove mined garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25 minutes or until heated through.

Serve warm and enjoy!
