Cheesy! Saucy! Light!

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup evaporated fat-free milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce for spicy nacho-style kick (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Toss shredded cheese and cornstarch together in medium saucepan. Add 1 cup evaporated fat-free milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk until melted and thickened.

For spicy nacho style add hot sauce.
