Ingredients
- 1 cup crisco
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 cups corn flakes, slightly crushed
- 1 pkg butterscotch chips
- 1 cup flaked coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350F
Lightly grease baking sheet
Beat shortening, Sugars & egg in large mixer until light and fluffy
Combine flour, baking powder together and add to creamed mixture
Stir in remaining ingredients
Drop dough by spoonfuls
Bake in centre of oven 9-12 minutes or until golden brown
Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet then transfer to rack and cool completely
