Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 60 Whole Button Mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp Veg oil
- 2 Tbsp minced Garlic
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 parmesan
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup minced green onions
- 2 cans crab meat or 12 oz
- 1/2 cup shredded mozza

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350F
Spray cookie sheet
clean mushrooms and remove stems & chop finely
Heat oil in large Skillet
Fry garlic, and chopped stems until moisture evapourates. Let cool
In bowl add softened cream cheese, garlic & stems, lemon juice, parm, pepper, onion & crab meat.
Stuff mushrooms and top with mozza
Bake 20 mins & let cool slightly before serving.
