Sauteed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz) packages frozen steam-in-bag whole green beans
  • 2 shallots - minced
  • 2 tsp of butter
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup grape tomatoe
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare 2 (12-oz) packages frozen steam-in-bag whole green beans according to package directions. Saute 2 minced shallots in 2 Tbsp. butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in 2 Tsp Balsamic vinegar, green beans, and 1 cup grape tomato halves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste; saute 2 more minutes
