Guacamole

Ingredients

• 4 ripe avocados
• 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon +/or lime juice
• 8 dashes hot pepper sauce
• 1 small red onion, finely diced
• 1 large clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. kosher salt
• 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
• 1 medium tomato, seeded, small dice
• Cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Mash avocados. Add rest of ingredients.
