Ingredients
- 6 6 6 cups chicken stock
- 2 2 2 cups milk
- 2 2 2 cups polenta, coarse yellow corn meal
- 1 1 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- to grated nutmeg, to taste
- 3 3 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 2 2 tablespoons Acacia honey
- 1/2 1/2 About 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, a couple of handfuls
