Cheesy Polenta, Grits

Ingredients

  • 6 6 6 cups chicken stock
  • 2 2 2 cups milk
  • 2 2 2 cups polenta, coarse yellow corn meal
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • to grated nutmeg, to taste
  • 3 3 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons Acacia honey
  • 1/2 1/2 About 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, a couple of handfuls

Preparation

Step 1

Cook til thick but still pourable, about 20 min. Then add butter, honey, cheese.
