BISCUIT BREAKFAST BAKE

  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 16 oz. refrigerated breakfast biscuits (Pillsbury Flakey - DO NOT COOK FIRST)
  • 4 green onions
  • 2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • NOTE: IF YOU ARE INTO THE MEATS - COOKED CENTER CUT BACON OR COOKED SAUSAGE 11X17 PAN, SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY

Preparation

Step 1

Mix your eggs and milk in a large bowl. Cut each biscuits into fours and add it to the bowl. Do this before you cook the bacon - give the biscuits some time to really soak in the eggs.

Cup up the green onion, shredded cheese, cook and break up the bacon. Add everything to the bowl.

Mix it all up ad pour into your pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, closer to 30 minutes so it isn't runny.
