Ingredients
- 2 Roasted Chickens
- 2 Packs of Cilantro
- 6 Limes
- 2 Cans of Garlic Roasted Tomatoes
- 2 Cans of Mexican Corn
- 1pk of PepperJack Cheese
- 1 Bag of Tortilla Strips
- 1 Btl of Zing Zang Bloody Mary
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2Tblsp of Cummin
- 1Tblsp of Dark Chili Powder
- 2 Cans of Tomato Paste
- 2 Avocado
- 2 Jalapeno
- 1 Chili Pepper
- 2 Boxes of Chicken Broth
- 2 Tblsp of Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. In Frying pan over Medium Heat, warm 1tblsp of oil. Add Onion, Garlic and 2 Tsp of Cilantro saute until golden brown,...about 10min.
2. Slightly Blend Tomatoes
3. In Frying pan over Medium Heat, warm another 1Tblsp of oil, add tomatoes and cumin cook for 5 min.
4. For 20min Large Saucepan, Transfer Mixture under low heat and Add Chicken Stock, Blood Mary and Dark Chili Powder...Partially Cover. Add Chicken Strips for another 3min.
