- 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes - thinly sliced
- 1 onion - thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Jarlsburg Cheese - shredded
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese - shredded
- 1 cup milk
