Ingredients
- gizzard
- heart
- liver
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- salt
- pepper
- sage
- garlic powder
- 1 loaf french bread
- 1 egg
Preparation
Step 1
Boil gizzard and heart in some stock. In the meantime chop celery, onion, and liver very fine. Add to pan and sweat slowly. Remove gizzard, heart and chop very fine. Set aside. Soak day old french bread and remove crust. Squeeze out white part and set aside. Beat egg in large bowl. Add veggies, meats, and seasonings. Add bread pieces and mix well. Put in pan and bake at 350 til browned lightly.
